[Q] Is the sticking process difficult on my own?

[A] Difficulty lies with individual hardware area and the individual skill and patience of the person. We have included all the tools needed, and pictorial application instruction guide on how to work with 2-layer and 3-layer stickers respectively.

 

[Q] Can I choose if I can work with 2-layer or 3-layer stickers only?

[A] Hardware stickers are designed as 2-layer or 3-layer accordingly to the required ease of application for the corresponding bag hardware area. Set may consist of either 2-layer or 3-layer stickers, or both.

 

[Q] How do I know which sticker piece correspond to which hardware area of application?

[A] Most bag models have hardware areas that are rather straightforward in identifying. Should you have any trouble identifying a sticker piece, simply engage us for assistance and clarity. DO NOT assume as wrongly identified and applied sticker will be ill fitting.

 

[Q] I made a mistake sticking on my own, can I get a replacement? Can I just repurchase the affected piece(s) only?

[A] We MAY include additional pieces for some parts/area at our discretion. No further replacement will be given, you will have to order again fully. You cannot purchase only selected pieces as all stickers comes as a set. Who will buy the remaining incomplete set?

[Q] My sticker set is damaged/missing pieces, can I get a replacement?

[A] It is IMPOSSIBLE for there to be missing/damaged sticker pieces within a set. All stickers are machine-cut and pre-packed, with thorough quality check before dispatch.

 

[Q] Some of my sticker pieces looks "yellowish" or "colorish". Is this normal?

[A] Rest assured the coloration is just a manufacturing process involving using different slightly colored film base. Once you peel off the actual sticker layer from the base, the stickers are 100% transparent.

 

[Q] There are air bubbles trapped under the sticker after application. Is this normal? How do I get rid of it?

[A] Having bubbles after application is very normal, and these bubbles will disappear after a few days on its own. Please note that air bubbles caused by dirt or poor application techniques will not disappear at all.
